Well your save file maybe corrupted that happens overtime

I think that The Hawk corrupted saving mechanism because it saves in Career for some reason. But I didn't use that mod since 0.35

Yeah ive just hit ctrl W ive seen those screens and had a go in them already. Can tune brakes, transmissions etc was thinking if there was anything for ECU/engine

maybe your cars in career mod have whatever that mod installed so the game can't load without it

I have all mods deactivated, I can try to take them out from mods file

But I don't think that it gonna change anything

Make sure you have them enabled in the car selector

Basically all cars can have their engines modified, you arent looking hard enough

When you are looking at the different vehicles, somewhere on the right you can enable "user specific pc files" or something

or look through your old userfolder iirc

You might have to go in the options tab on the top right though, it might have been changed in the last update

userfolder moved and some peoples configs didnt get brought along and some did iirc

If you cannot see, spawn your desired car, go to Vehicle Config tab, go to Save & Load column and there may be your configs
