yeah twin its just RLS also vulcan improves performance on wcusa unless you have mods like RLS career overhaul

yea but only use vulkan IF uve got RTX 40 series and above, and even then VULKAN is highly unstable, like I've got and Asus G18 RTX 5050 (its a laptop so obv a lil less power that the PC RTX 5050) and it still lags a bit especially if uve got raytracing on and improved mirror reflections on (240 px above).

rtx 5050 is not a thing for desktop pcs and also it doesn't require a good gpu it requires good gpu drivers which can better take advantage of vulkan than the dx drivers
