I have no issue with my KB, the only reason im getting a wheel is because i want to have full control over my throttle and steering. And since i mostly drift, the wheel makes it easier than a controller since controllers dont have FFB

it does wonders, but it has downsides, especially if you like driving semi trucks with trailers, since it removes vehicle on vehicle collisions when they are more than 15 meters away, so connecting trailers can sometimes mean no collisions between the truck and trailer, untill you are close and it gets collisions again and you die
