I installed a boost gauge and took some night shots of it

I used my phone (Xperia 5 V). Tips: keep it steady, use a tripod or rest it against something, the more stable the better. Reduce exposure/brightness and turn off night mode to reduce that bloom/glare effect
Set focus point so auto focus doesn't do something stupid
Don't raise iso too much or you'll get noise.
Find a nice angle where some of the light bounces off something and makes a nice reflection

Any suggestions for a good used digital camera? I want something that can reliably take 1440 or higher res (4k+ would be prefered) images. My mom has one of these so I know it's good, but does anyone else have any suggestions for other old digital cameras I could get for about $100ish?
