I'm planning to become a car designer one day, my current idea is a Ferrari Roma SUV/Purosangue 2 door (on the sportier side with a new front end, maybe some sf90 lights, might have an offroad version, maybe as a contender to 911 Dakar and Huracan Sterrato), do you think its a good idea? I'm on the pen sketching stage to get down some ideas, then I'd bring the sketches into photoshop and maybe make a blender model. If you're drawing right, as practice, place your hand in one area and move the pencil up and up and up in small strokes. keep the side of your hand planted on the paper. hopefully you should get "hair strand-like" curves that can altered to make a smooth curve

and please, when you go to say your opinion, be as brutally honest as possible.

the main thing that i think sould be holding you back is proportions and symmetry

but the design element is nice

i also think you are elongating the hood too much and narrowing the roof a lot on the front view

if you look at the front and rear view of the inspo cars for the pre-facelift the hood doesnt get that elongated and you can barely see the top of the trunk on the rear

it isn’t necessarily a bad thing but just a few pointers, but i can see a lot of potential in your artwork

i think what can help you the most is first sketching the proportions with a pencil then finishing it by adding lines with a marker/pen
