Around 1958, eleven year old Billy Barron was holidaying on the Massachusetts coast with his family. While exploring the sea rocks with his friend Susie, they reportedly discovered a sinister treasure that led to Billy’s parents calling the police.
Decades later, the local police have no records of the event and the incident remains an unconfirmed mystery, but open source sleuthing offers us a tantalizing potential clue.
Close to the site of this discovery is a building with ties to an overseas government…
What is the address of this foreign government building (omit ‘road, ‘avenue’, ‘street’, etc)?

Good morning, everyone, this was a decently sized wake up slap to start me off for the day. Eventually found ||https://fliphtml5.com/aafts/mjto/program-gloucester-Aug16/?utm_source=chatgpt.com and just leafed through it until I found a handful of addresses close to Bass Rocks||
This one had me looking all over the wrong place even though I had the answer right from the start. The wording really confused me. I just decided to overlook the question at the end and start trying building with foreign ties in their history.
Yeah, the ||Gloucester 400 picture|| really gives the location away, but confirmation of foreign ties is what made it difficult.
|| I mean I had the foreign ties part but I was looking for foreign government owned buildings (or used by foreign governmental personnel) ||
|| I looked at addresses along Bass Rocks Road and it was the second one I entered as a guess. I then googled the address and found an article mentioning the placing of the plaque. Went back to Google Street View and see that the plaque is obscured by the car parked in front in one picture and too blurry in another.||
I am so confused by this one at the moment, but I don't want to check out your spoilers.... yet. Just to confirm the answer format, let's say I find the address of the building: "123 example st, ExampleTown, XX 01234, United States", the answer would be "123 example"?
Correct!
Thank you!! I found that one literally on my first Google, got a little cocky and thought "this is going to be so easy" and then completely forgot about going back to it.
Got it, also found the article above and then tried searching for|| "bass rocks road former government"|| and got a hit.
