@grim wasp Excellent find!
Ah.. sorry! @solemn eagle Excellent find! 😅
It was a tough one…😅
Well, a combination of some research, educated guesses and a bit of luck helped me find it. First I looked at the image and thought it had to be somewhere in central Europe, because of the architecture and the street furniture (signs etc). Then I looked at the sidewalk and noticed it consists of stone tiles and the thing that stood out to me is the tiles are placed in a diagonal line if you look from the left to right sides of the sidewalk. I also noticed there are no markings on the road, so it most likely isn’t a main street. Then I looked at the sun and noticed it isn’t very high above the horizon, so the image is taken in the morning or the evening. That means the street is either facing southeast or southwest. I also noticed the trees on the left and buildings on the right which indicates this location is on a border of a forested area and a neighbourhood.
In the parking lot on the right you clearly see elevation differences, and the road goes downhill.
Then did a reversed search on google image which lead me to a post where someone posted the same picture. There was no answer, but someone mentioned the lightpost looked like the ones in a certain city. I then just used Google maps to locate streets running down a hill to the southwest or southeast whith an intersection in them. Turned out there weren’t that many and after some trial and error eventually found the location.
Took me between 1,5 to 2 hours to solve this one.
@solemn eagle Great 🫡
