Hi, Im not sure what you did because there's no "logging into" or "logging out of" ModMail. You just send a DM to it.

You type your message into this box

And then when you hit "enter", you press the green checkmark here. That's all you have to do

2. In that email, please let me know what type of investigation this is. If you are a journalist/researcher working for an organization, please give me the name of the organization, and please email me using your work email.
3. If you are not a journalist/researcher working for an organization, I'll need more details on what it is that you're trying to do and why. This is necessary because we do not want people to ask for help stalking ex-partners or doing anything like that, so the more details that you can provide, the better.
