Passing directory by constructor does not use ignore

Is there a way to know if i passed a git directory or a local directory when passing a dagger directory to function ?
NB: the tittle is completely unrelated, i forgot to change it, it was another question i wanted to ask but finally i didn't send it

@radiant pagoda the latest dagger v0.19.4 version has an improvements in the filesync telemetry that will show you all root paths of the files that are sent to the engine

if you run your dagger call with -vvv you should see that

to be precise i want when passing a loca directory to write any change back to the host. if it is a gitrepo to not do it
