I dont think so b/c host().directory will copy things to buildkit context right?

On mobile.

There's no way to pass additional devices currently. There's a thread where we discussed some hacks to make it work but it makes the portability of the pipeline more difficult.

oh classic 😅 - yeah I remember talking about this for block devices, didn't click ni my head that's functionally the same thing as USB (my new use case)
