Is it possible to use dagger in a Gitlab CI setup without any DAGGER_CLOUD_TOKEN (meaning no subscription to Dagger Cloud)?
Will that just mean that we dont see a nice overview of what steps have failed and so on, because it all runs in on build job etc.
What parts of dagger will be open source and free to use for OSS projects? Will there be some OSS plans for Dagger Cloud?

Hello! Yes, Dagger Cloud is optional. At the moment, yes, better pipeline visualization (via the Traces feature) is the main value-add of Dagger Cloud.
We don't plan on open sourcing Dagger Cloud. But note that there is a free version.
