I need help on finding Exotic Weapon and Completing Hidden Achievment

That's the ||slime hammer||. I found it ||in the caves next to the giant slime. For me this appeared on the southernmost corner of the map.||

after getting that then I only need 1 unkown achievment to complete everything

There are several hidden achievements but if you've already done the dungeons then I suspect you're missing one of the following
||Bopped - get killed by a falling tree||
||Anaphylactic - get killed by bees||

if you want to know what you are missing and you are not afraid of spoilers, you can go to your personal achievements and "View global achievement stats". so you get all achievements for a game including the name of the hidden ones. with that information, just look at the guides or use the searchengine of your choice.
