Forge "extended bogeys" (extra Mod) dont work

Hey, i know this mod isnt from SnR but i because it is an add on for it and i dont know any other places to ask, i wanted to ask if someone knows how to get it work.
Basicly (as shown in the picture and in the crash log) the Add on wont let me start the game because create mods get a Critical error, can someone maybe help??
