Why is snr taking so long to update to 1.21.1?

Create 1.21.1 changed a lot about how various things work.
And snr is not only a very large mod, almost every part of it accesses something that got changed.
So the mod requires an almost entire rewrite.
The dev team are insanely busy, one of which being a lead dev for both create versions.
