you can find the bogeys in the air sometimes
they are rendering, just not in the proper location lol
oh yeah the handcart is absolutely wack
and i'm sure its a rendering issue because they don't appear with flywheel backend on
This can be kind of fixed using shaders I believe, though the handcar is still partially bugged

This is because shaders turns off flywheel backend
not always
/fywheel backend off or something should wix this
Only a sith deals in absolutes... Especially when it comes to unpredictable bugs.

without flywheel you will likely experience some serious performance issues
just wait for 2nd patch
I have the same issue, as well as the wheels on default narrow bogies being offset weird even before construction
