what is a sleepable sit?

I assume a sleepable sit is a block that one can not just sit on, but also sleep, considering the given context.
My question for this feature request is how exactly this should be implemented. Do we overload the sneak button even more by adding confusing double use actions for a seemingly simple block, or do we use hotkeys instead? Does the player need to click through a gui each time they want to access a seat/bed as to not accidentally sleep? To me this feels like an unnecessary idea that is not thought through very well

I think this possibly is a mod? Which allows you to sit down on a bed during the day, and sleep in it at night
