An announcer block to say station names when trains arrive and depart like in metro systems

It would be cool if there was a block which could be linked to a train station that could play a chime noise and say "now arriving at <station name>" or "now departing from <station name>" when a train arrives to or leaves a train station. A lot of irl metro systems in cities do this. Could even have a few voice options to pick from generated from AI voices.
