Individual speed limit for a train

I think everyone knows that in the Create mod config you can increase the maximum speed and acceleration of trains, but the changes apply to ALL trains. Is it possible with this add-on to add the function of individual configuration of maximum speed and acceleration when assembling the train?

💡 how about adding a gear icon to the train station whenever a train is at it.by clicking on it it opens i panel that allows you to change the max speed and acceleration.

when you use a mob as the conductor with a schedule you can set the speeds in percentage, when the player is controlling I don't know a solution.
