With all of that track customisation, there outta be a way to apply them automatically.
Track managing contraption functions examples:
Re-laying track with different materials (such as create:track -> railways:mangrove_track or vice versa);
Applying slabls (e.g. no slab -> stone_slab lowered or vice versa).

Rollers affect the ground below, while TMC would affect the rails themselves
