Since I activated Amazon SES, signup fail with a CodeDeliveryFailureException error.
The message is:

"Cognito received the following error from Amazon SES when attempting to send email: Email address is not verified. The following identities failed the check in region EU-WEST-1: [email protected]"

The email address mentioned in message error is the new user's one. It is the email adress that need verification.
