Hi there,I'm tried using Amplify for the first time and so obviously I installed Amplify Globally v-12.4.0 and when I ran Amplify configure I got this error

$ amplify configure
Downloading release from https://package.cli.amplify.aws/12.4.0/amplify-pkg-win-x64.tgz
Error fetching release: EPERM: operation not permitted, open 'C:\Users\myname
.amplify\bin\amplify.exe'

I opened the path the error was showing it empty .(inside bin folder), feels like not installed properly, anyone please guide me

👋 how was node/npm installed? does the directory exist but not the exe?

ye the directory exist but not exe file,

the directory shows empty and npm version is 9.2.0, node v18.15.0

is this in powershell or command prompt?
