Keksuccino's mods only support Minecraft 1.19.2, 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.11, and future versions.
You seem to use Minecraft 1.12.2, which is not supported anymore or never was. Please update to a supported build of the game, otherwise you won't receive help here, sorry.
Keep in mind that even if you find builds of the mod on CurseForge or Modrinth for this Minecraft version does not mean it is still supported and includes the latest features and fixes.
Thank you for your understanding! 🙏
I’m checking the FancyMenu docs for the legacy → modern transfer flow now 🙂 If there’s an import path for old exports, I’ll point you to the right one; if not, I’ll tell you the cleanest workaround.
Yep , there isn’t a separate Import button in modern FancyMenu for that old setup 🙂
For 1.12.2 → 1.21.1, the usual move is:
-
Grab your old
config/fancymenufolder from the 1.12.2 Forge instance- If you made an export file/zip, use that folder’s contents.
-
Put it into the new 1.21.1 NeoForge instance at:
config/fancymenu
-
If the new instance already has a
config/fancymenufolder, replace it first. -
Start the game with FancyMenu on 1.21.1
- Legacy v2 layouts should auto-convert to v3 when they load.
-
Open the editor and do some manual cleanup if needed
- some positions, textures, or placeholders may need a little fixing after conversion.
So the short version is: copy the old FancyMenu config over , don’t look for a manual import menu 👌
If you want, I can also help you figure out exactly which file/folder from the 1.12.2 export should go where.
