I'm trying to figure out how to make splash texts appear in the foreground of the logo rather than hiding behind the logo's letters.

You can’t make the vanilla splash text render in front of the Title screen logo itself. In FancyMenu, the Title screen logo and splash text are separate vanilla elements, and the logo will still visually overlap it in that area.

What you can do instead is:

• Delete the vanilla splash text
• Add a custom Splash Text element
• Position it manually so it sits where you want
• If needed, give it a higher layer order than your custom logo elements
