How do i make my custom layout load in all gui’s without manually turning on current screen customization?

Use a Universal Layout 🙂
That’s the way to make a layout load in all screens/menus without enabling Current Screen Customization for each one.

How to do it

1. Open any screen
2. Press Ctrl + Alt + C to open the menu bar if needed
3. Go to Customization → Layouts → New → For All Screens [Universal]

Then put your elements into that universal layout.

Important

• Universal layouts load in every screen by default
• If you want to exclude some screens, use the whitelist/blacklist in:
  right-click editor background → Universal Layout Options

If you want, I can also tell you how to make it load in almost all screens except a few specific ones.

Current screen customization is off by default and has to be turned on manually, how do i turn it on for every gui

You can’t turn on Current Screen Customization for every GUI at once.

FancyMenu only lets you enable it per screen for supported screens. For “load everywhere” behavior, the intended way is to use a Universal Layout instead.

What to do instead

• Create your layout as For All Screens [Universal]
• Put the elements you want there
• Use whitelist/blacklist if you want to limit some screens

Note

Some screens still can’t be customized at all, especially certain modded or complex screens.

• all screens
• only vanilla screens
• or all screens except a few specific ones

Universal layouts dont work when current screen customization is off

That’s expected — universal layouts only load on screens where customization is enabled.

So if Current Screen Customization is off, FancyMenu won’t apply the universal layout to that screen.

What you can do

You need to enable customization for each screen you want the universal layout on:

• open the screen
• go to Customization
• turn Current Screen Customization on

Then your universal layout will load there.

If you want it on “every GUI”

There isn’t a way to auto-enable current screen customization for all GUI screens at once. FancyMenu doesn’t support that globally.
