Heya! FancyMenu doesn’t hide the vanilla buttons automatically when you open the editor—the default widgets stay visible until you delete or hide them yourself. Make sure:

  1. You’re editing a layout “for the current screen” (universal layouts don’t remove the vanilla widgets).
  2. Right-click each vanilla element and choose Delete (they’re just hidden, so you can bring them back via Element → Deleted Vanilla Elements later).

That should remove the remaining vanilla buttons you see in the screenshot. You can read a bit more about how vanilla elements work here: Vanilla Elements 😊

naive dock
#

try resetting the custom menu; then go into editor again, aka make new custom screen for this screen, then send screenshot of the empty editor

frosty nest
#

i did not made a video element to be the background

naive dock
#

may be a temp bug

frosty nest
#

ah and btw should be this normal?

naive dock
#

you really should delete that screen and make a new custom one

frosty nest
#

i think imma downgrade

#

this version

naive dock
#

it should work

#

just simply

royal apex
#

that's a universal layout

naive dock
#

go to customization
new
layout

#

that should work then

frosty nest
naive dock
# frosty nest and?

universal layouts are UNIVERSAL, they are like if you make a completly new UI

royal apex
#

a universal layout is different from a normal layout
A universal layout is designed to work with literally every menu
A normal layout is designed to work with the current screen it's on

naive dock
#

so they dont have vanilla elements

#

you can delete

royal apex
#

to edit the title screen you need to make a normal layout, THEN, and only THEN will you have all the buttons from the title screen

royal apex

Brazilian Portuguese

royal apex
#

#

#

universal layout is for all screens

frosty nest
#

Yes i kinda got it

royal apex
#

like if you put a button into a universal layout, that button will be EVERYWHERE

frosty nest
#

Is this a normal Layout?

naive dock
royal apex
frosty nest
royal apex
#

the normal layout is for 1 screen only

frosty nest
#

Ahhhh

#

Now that's makes sense

royal apex
# frosty nest

and you see, those buttons will be only on 1 screen, the title screen

frosty nest
#

now i can edit it

#

So last help how do i delete this?

royal apex
#

it's illegal to delete that

royal apex
#

you shouldn't

#

royal apex
#
