For example the music and audio buttons disappear when I enter the editor on that screen.

When you go into the editor and the music/audio buttons vanish, that usually means they live inside a scrollable area (like in the Audio Options screen). FancyMenu can’t show those widgets unless you tell it to expose the scroll area contents first.

Open the screen in-game, then use the menu bar → Customization → Expose Scroll Area Content Of Current Screen. That will dump every widget from the scroll panel into the editor so you can move or edit them. Be careful: it removes the original scroll area and stacks everything in the top-left while the feature is active, so only enable it while you work on that screen. Once you’re done, disable the expose mode again so the scroll area returns to normal.
