We don’t ship ready-made layouts like the ones in your screenshot, but the FancyMenu community shares complete layouts in the Discord’s #layout-templates channel. That’s the only place those full menu designs can be downloaded (most showcased screenshots aren’t distributed elsewhere).

If you want to share or import layouts you already have, check the Import/Export Layouts page for guidance—copying the config/fancymenu folder or placing layouts into another instance works the same way as for modpacks.
