Yes, I can select the rectangle shape.
I can drag it normally, but when I reach the edge of the screen, I can’t drag it any further to make it bigger.
No error messages appear.

They will always try to stay on screen and maintain a small gap from the screen's edges.

You can disable this "stay on screen" behavior for individual elements:

1. Right-click on the rectangle shape.
2. Look for an option called "Stay On Screen" and disable it.

Be aware that disabling this might make the element "vanish" if its actual coordinates are off-screen. If that happens, you can use CTRL + Z to undo the change, then manually move the element closer to the center of the screen before disabling "Stay On Screen" again.
