During Black Swan's Ultimate, her Arcana counts as Shock/Bleed/Burn, in addition to Wind Shear. Guinaifen's Ultimate will thus trigger Arcana damage (plus an additional Firekiss), Himeko's Skill will do extra damage without needing a Burn, Serval gets her normal Shock benefits, etc.

Ratio really benefits from those characters since they can get his follow-up chances pretty high.

Sampo can inflict some other debuffs like "DoT damage received up". I think Kafka (outside of her unique LC) and Serval can only inflict one debuff each plus break.

Black Swan inflicts Arcana, Defense Down, and Epiphany if you have her. Ratio's Ultimate also inflicts Wiseman's Folly, and he just really wants three debuffs on enemies.

But yeah, Ratio tossing chalk at everyone never gets old.

I am close to maxing Swan's traces.

Every passive unlocked and she's at 5/9/9/10. (Basic/Skill/Ult/Talent, right?)

Yeah, I play favorites.

I do need to get her more optimized equipment -- She needs more EHR to take advantage of her talent and I am only at 89%.

Well, not the talent; I mean her A5 trace.

And yes, Eyes of the Prey is better for her than Sampo because Sampo only needs 55% or so EHR and increased Break effect (Fermata) is a little better for him than her.

And yes, I'm still going to use Sampo because stacking Wind Shear AND Arcana is fun.
