Genshin's nations are huge as hell, with fully fleshed-out worlds that span multiple large regions
Star Rail's planets are a series of linear maps which don't have to take jumping into account, so it's really just a flat stage explicitly designed for walking
So I'd wager there'd be more time to make content due to the more limited scale of the maps
The exploration is also much more straightforward, and you can finish entire planets within hours if you put enough time into it

I'm trying to switch around some equipment for Himeko. Trying to get her Crit rate up.
One thing I like about Himeko is that her Critical rate/damage has relatively low variance. In that her attacks have their damage split between multiple hits, and each one can crit individually. It's like rolling 3d4 versus rolling d10+2 -- Same range, but you get more of a bell curve on the results with the former.

Her buff lasts until the next two allies fully complete their turns.
And her Ultimate should be used right after she uses her skill, or else you don't get any additional buff -- only single target damage.
So she's not quite as universal as other Harmony characters.
The turn she uses her skill doesn't count against the Skill's countdown, so she buffs her own Ultimate at no penalty.
Skill is an Attack% boost. Ultimate adds Crit Rate and Crit DMG on top of it.
