If you got sliders that have a pcb, they probably have some text by each pin. vcc goes to 5v on the arduino, gnd goes to gnd on the arduino, and the last pin (probably labled ota) should go to an analog pin on the arduino.

With this work if I have 6 sliders? I also only have an arduino nano

It should work. The Arduino nano has 8 analog pins so you should have enough.

That will work as long as you have the right wires.
