Looking for Developers – AI Trading Bot Project

I’m building a trading bot that uses AI along with custom commands/logic, and I’m looking for people who can code and want to be part of it.

Skills that are useful:

Python / JavaScript

Experience with trading APIs (crypto, stocks, etc.)

AI/ML integration (or willingness to learn)

Ability to build and test custom strategies

What I’m looking for:
People who actually show effort, are willing to learn, improve, and contribute ideas—not just copy/paste code.

Reward:
This is a small early-stage project, but contributors who put in real work and evolve with the project will be rewarded with a small amount of money (with potential for more if things grow).

Can you elaborate "small amount of money" ? Most won't work unless paid a certain amount and is this an idea or do you actually have a foundation with game plan?

Right now, this is an early-stage project with a limited budget. During the initial development phase,

That said, I’m primarily looking for people who are interested in building something long-term. If the project becomes profitable, I fully intend to increase compensation and potentially offer a share of the profits based on contribution.

In terms of foundation, I have a clear direction and concept for the trading bot (AI + custom strategy execution), and I’m currently focused on building the core system with the right people.

So to be transparent: this is best suited for someone who’s interested in growing with the project, rather than short-term high pay.

This is what I sound like I suppose but at least I cut to it and tell them it's non paid till the product starts generating money with compensation in company ownership. I haven't had much luck at that angle myself without opening the doors to all kinds of problems.

Right now, this is very much an early-stage project. There isn’t a salary during the initial development phase, but the plan is to reward contributors with a share of the product’s future profits and potential company ownership if the project takes off.

I’m looking for people who are interested in building something long-term, helping shape the system, and growing with it. Even without upfront pay, contributors who stick with it and help improve the bot will have a meaningful stake in the outcome.
