Biggest/Latest Problems in AGI/LLM research

I want to know what the latest problems, the biggest unsolved/ inefficiently solved problems that are going on right now in terms of Artificial General Intelligence, LLMs in Problem-Solving are. Anyone who has an idea regarding this let me know, please. Thanks

i think AGI isn't just great number crunching, so I'd say for me it's conscious machines, well um to go there u must know what consciousness is in itself and how to recreate it, both are open to discussion and solutions. Don't know ur level of understanding in tech but LLMs r not conscious machines or using AGI for them is real dirty work.

u can check out ARC but its more related to path to agi; e.g. an agi should be able to complete these tasks but modern ai cant
