Hello guys, I started using vs code in windows instead of google Colab. I’m trying to run this code for hours without luck. !CMAKE_ARGS="-DLLAMA_CUBLAS=on" FORCE_CMAKE=1 pip install llama-cpp-python==0.2.28 --force-reinstall --upgrade --no-cache-dir --verbose …… 'CMAKE_ARGS' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file . Any help is appreciated
