I want to detect the urgency of a issue / complaint of railways.
The complaints can be image, video, text or audio. I want to extract data and then based on that I want to classify it to three urgency levels (Low, medium, high). Can someone help me with this. Can Azure AI vision help in this, or any other existing services can help ?
