I am facing a problem recently and wants to build a solution to solve that problem, a tool where if someone uploads a design / art image, it would generate a step-by-step guide on how to make the same in different design / art tools like figma. Is it possible to make such tool with the current technologies advancements, what are some complications and would be require a lots of money thus it needs to be done by some big tech companies?

I don't think you will get a meaningful answer here, sorry - the way you presented your problem is impossible to give a answer in a couple of paragraphs. Try a different question 🙂
Is it possible? Sure. It’ll have to be platform specific rather than platform agnostic. Is it feasible for individuals? Not really. It requires quite a bit of ontological understanding of how the specific platform could work in addition to “design” and “layers”. You don’t really have all that unless you have a dedicated team in that platform to investigate this science project
Thank you so much for answering 🙂 , I understand what you are trying to say, what about if we tackle this with a simple solution first, tailored for just specific types of designs, like illustrations and just for one tool like figma
Again, it’s not feasible for individuals as you theoretically need to have datasets with visuals, natural language, and dogma commands all at the same time. It’s just much easier to collect significant amount of these if you’re the platform itself
