Currently working in PyCharm, could someone tell me what packages/libraries they use for their deep learning model? I’d appreciate anyone who had free time or wanted to help

Also when it comes to my model rewriting it’s own pathways and creating neurons how do I go about that

Typically you'd want to find out how others do it in that similar problem. Most of the time, whatever you're trying to solve, there's someone out there doing the same thing, especially research papers. Understand why they use certain architecture and layers will help you understand when to use what layers better, because after all, it's largely about matrix manipulation
