Only ways i know to get new/updated items for Plugy is if you get your Online char downloaded from one of the devs to use for SP/PlugY or you need to modify some game files, that for example the specified item you seek with the specified stats will drop, if you kill a quillrat out of a1 for example.
This is a very time consuming solution - thats maybe the reason the items not get updated very often from season to season.
