Sadly the only thing really is going through each mod one by one and finding what is causing it

#

It's not gtm, it's not kjs, it's not jemi, but there are so many other mods that change how tools work (non electric tools use normal mc logic in some ways)

try using a binary search (disable half the mods, the half the remaining mods, etc until it works)

i found something

#

the modified flint tools can mine anything

#

not just iron

#

even obsidian

#

also, ive made some custom flint tools si i have something to use while i search for the problem

ive made them so they have wood harvest level

#

and they work, kinda, i can mine some blocks i shouldnt with them

for some reason i can mine smeltery parts with them, not complainin though i was gonna make them able to do that anyway :)
