i have tried to update/downgrade AE2, delete EMI and JEI but nothing helps

oh well. budding blocks and charged quartz just despawned after ~15 minutes

1. Do you mean the GTM community pack? Afaik this is more support for the mod as a whole.
2. Quartz fixing recipes missing is intended, use GT certus quartz instead of the AE2 one.
3. AE2 guide was crashing in the community pack so it was (temporarily?) disabled. You can use the website (https://guide.appliedenergistics.org/1.20.1/)

That's what I'm telling you. This is not the way you get certus quartz in GT. It spawns in nether ore veins. Regular certus quartz is not supposed to be made or used for anything
