1.2.1 breaks EMI severely

Recipes don't display properly anymore.

(First pic is for aluminium ingot recipes. As you can see, the EBF doesn't display as a possible machine.)
(Second pic is pressing Usages on the EBF controller, as you can see the actual MB recipes don't work.)

Also, Assembly Line recipes don't show up AT ALL, and the custom MB I made is functional, processes recipes, but doesn't show up in EMI either.
