How do you finish these so fast

They don’t take too long to make, I measure out and cut each piece of felt before I start to make sure they are all the right size. Then I put in any designs on the pieces (hatches, controllers, etc). After that I finally start sewing which is the easiest part (except for cleanroom).

The simple shapes like the vacuum freezer are super quick, it only took 3 hours to make the VF.

I would recommend sewing to anyone who has lots of free time and wants to make stuff, it’s really easy to get in to and it’s great to be able to make whatever you want.

The simple ones like the vacuum freezer (3x3x3) only take like 4 hours but the cleanroom took almost 2 full days. The cleanroom isn’t very high quality though so I would sell the one that I already made. The EBF and pyrolyse oven are a bit more complex and took about 5 hours each.

The problem is that the felt is so thin on the frames, that when I pull the thread through it, the felt tears in half

Alternatively I can hot glue the pieces together. 1. It’s faster 2. It won’t break as easily 3. I only have dark gray felt, not thread, so I would have to use black
