Do limited ores from events still count towards your index count after said event is over and those specific ores can't be found?

And yes, Red Sparkle, Gold Sparkle, Green Sparkle, Blue Sparkle, Sky Sparkle, Pink Sparkle and Americite still count towards the index. Studrock doesnt since its under the slate category.
