CPU Information: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/196603/intel-core-i51035g1-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-60-ghz/specifications.html

I am just a bit curious of asking this, as I have a laptop myself with this CPU, and I plan on using Wrapper Offline on it one day, possibly on Windows or Linux. This laptop also has 8GB of DDR4 ram (1 of 2 slots used), and a 256GB NVMe SSD, though I might add an extra 4 or 8GB of DDR4 ram to the other slot, and upgrade the 256GB NVMe SSD to a 512 GB NVMe SSD, along with cleaning my laptop’s fans as well.

Not to be rude but like why do people ask questions like this? nobody can accurately predict how well it's gonna run, there's multiple varying factors, wrapper isn't a heavy application, the videomaker would run decently at best depending on how fast a single core in said processor would run. Really all you have to do is just, try it, and see if it works for you, nobody can really offer that information off the top of their head.
