Do I transfer these 2 folders?

I'm wanting to upgrade from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1 not to confuse it with 2.1.0, i was told all i have to do to retain my stuff is Just transfer these two folders called ASSETS and SAVED, do i just move them out of my old version and replace the folders in the new version with these folders?
