Do I need to insert a repair file or something, or is it just doing this for everyone?
I don't want Veena (Nuance) because it plays music in the background and defects her voice in certain areas.

Julie and Veena both seem to be under Oddcast. Do you have the Ultimate Voice Pack mod deployed? I heard that mod currently has issues with Oddcast. Oddcast voices may continue to work on stock W:Off without the UVP mod.

I think I installled ultimate voice pack to fix Eric and get many others to help, but I don’t know how to retract it now.

You will have to take the original versions of the files the mod replaces from the original ZIP package Wrapper came in. If you no longer have it, redownload, and then extract the files in question.

Keep a backup with the mod files, you might need them for the other voices and you may have to periodically switch between the vanilla and mod files
I am considering reaching out to the original creator of the UVP mod for permission to make a modification that reverts Oddcast code to vanilla, while keeping the other voices, just to make it work again
