I do NOT recommend using v1.3.0 at all, stopped recommending that version even before v2.0.0 went stable

Yeah, so I would suggest downloading Wrapper Offline 2.0.0. But do NOT download Wrapper Offline version 2.1.0 because it will contain A LOT of bugs

v2.0.0 good, v2.1.0 and v1.3.0 too unstable for use, v1.2.3 ok for edge cases where v2.0.0 is impractical or unusable
