CereWave/CereProc voices won't load | Wrapper: Offline | Page 1

When I try to use the CereProc voices (with and without the "(CereWave)" suffix attched), they just get stuck loading forever. I have tried many things, but they won't load. I even tested them out on their demo website (https://www.cereproc.com/en/products/demo) and they worked just fine. Can anybody please explain what's going wrong?

(Unlike other users who are experiencing this problem, the voices do not crash Wrapper; I can still save my videos just fine and come back with them in perfect condition.)
