This is because Wrapper: Offline uses a modified version of Comedy World
but they tried to keep the Adam body-type actions the same as the originals, but not Eve, Bob or Rocky
they also removed the edited expressions, which made the actions with the edited expressions instead have those heads, Octan made a poll stating if they should keep the custom actions and all of them said yes, but Octan later made a suggestion to revert cc_theme.xml back to how it was in v1.2.3.
