How do i install characters from character sharing to here? | Wrapper: Offline | Page 1

The thing that i do is install the character pictures and xmpa to the SAVED_ folder but they dont appear in the wrapper offline characters. Did i do something wrong right there or is it a bug?

i mean i downloaded wrapper offline today on Github so i guess its the latest version
